Engineering Curriculum

Our Engineering Curriculum

This course provides students with foundational knowledge in basic engineering principles. Students learn the concept of simple and powered machines and how they are used in their everyday lives.

Engineering I

Students learn the basics of simple machines and how they are used in the immediate world around them. Students discover the principles of mechanics by exploring, investigating, and solving tasks related to simple machinery and discover the internal components of machines.

Engineering II

With hands-on activities and an innovative curriculum of powered machines, students expand on the knowledge gained in Engineering I. They learn how to incorporate engineering with science, technology, and math to build upon their understanding of their surroundings.

Engineering III

The students behave as young engineers as we provide them with tools and tasks that promote scientific inquiry. Students complete increasingly advanced projects and thoroughly exercise their problem solving skills as they figure out where errors in their projects occur.

In a world where technology and engineering surround us at every corner, we need to make sure that our children are prepared with the necessary skills to adapt as they grow and learn about the world around them. Prerequisite: Engineering I

Engineering III

Simple & Powered Machines

Age: 8-14 yrs
Duration: 10 Classes
Principle Skills:
Scientific Inquiry, Critical Thinking, and Creativity.

Prerequisite: Engineering I & II
