Tricks with Bricks is committed to protecting personal information by following responsible information handling practices. We collect and use information when you access or register for a Tricks with Bricks program, to better meet your service needs, to ensure a safe environment, for statistical and assessment purposes, to inform you about the Program in which you are registered, and to satisfy government and regulatory requirements. You may also hear from us periodically about other Tricks with Bricks programs, services and opportunities that may interest and benefit you.
Consent to Communicate
Tricks with Bricks uses email, text, and other means electronic telecommunication to distribute information about the programs and activities. In accordance with Canada’s anti-spam legislation, we require your permission to communicate with you via electronic means of telecommunications. By registering in Tricks with Bricks programs, you are providing Tricks with Bricks with consent to communicate with you via electronic means of telecommunications. If, at any time, you wish to revoke this consent, please contact us in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Consent for Photography
I hereby consent to Tricks with Bricks using images of my above-named child caught in video recordings, and/or photographs on to be sent to the parents and also being used for marketing and publicity-related purposes and used in Tricks with Bricks publications and I understand that they may be published on the Tricks with Bricks website, social media or elsewhere. I understand that their images will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act; that the images of my child captured in the video recordings and/or photographs will be the copyright of the Tricks with Bricks; My child and I hereby agree to irrevocably assign all property rights in my child’s performance and/or recordings to Tricks with Bricks; My child and I hereby agree to waive all moral rights in my performance in the film and/or recordings to Tricks with Bricks. I Also understand that I can ask Tricks with Bricks to stop using my child’s images at any time, in which case they will not be used in future publications but may continue to appear in publications already in circulation.
